About laurika

The Restorative Pantry was founded by Laurika Hazelhurst, dedicated and passionate with a strong desire to make a positive impact on your life.
 

Laurika's journey towards health and fitness began in 2004, shortly after the birth of her last child. Her initial motivation was to lose extra postpartum weight, which led her to the gym.

However, she soon discovered that exercise offered much more than just a means of shedding pounds.

​Laurika's fitness journey started with mini triathlons, and her passion for competitive sports only continued to grow. She found fulfillment in completing challenges and achieving her goals. To date, Laurika has successfully completed thirteen Ironman events, a testament to her unwavering determination and commitment.
​

Laurika's mission is to share the knowledge and insights she has gained through her personal experiences to help women take control of their bodies and lead healthier lives. In addition to her extensive practical experience, Laurika holds Level 1 and 2 Master Health and Nutrition Coaching Certificates, further enhancing her ability to support others on their wellness journeys.
